A senior executive with more than 30 years of management and business experience, Troy A. Miller was elected as President & CEO of NRB in July 2022. He had served as the interim CEO of NRB since March 2019. Under Miller’s leadership, the association has recaptured a strong financial position, grown its membership, and significantly enhanced programming, networking, sponsorship, and exhibition aspects of the annual NRB International Christian Media Convention. Miller is also currently President & CEO of NRBTV, where he has served since June 2005.

Miller served with distinction in the US Navy from 1983-1988, including time assigned to the Naval Engineering Command at Ingalls Shipyard in Pascagoula, MS. Miller was part of the commissioning crew of USS Bunker Hill. He worked for personal computer company Gateway, Inc. for ten years and was involved in leading several business startups, including Gateway’s expansion into Europe and Asia, new manufacturing facilities, and global information technology application strategy. He served as the executive vice president and chief operating officer for D. James Kennedy Ministries. Miller has spoken at seminars on strategic business planning, information technology integration, organizational development, and Christian apologetics, as well as training pastors in the Far East.

Ben understands a passion to win souls for Christ and to see lives truly transformed. Operating with the heart of an evangelist, Ben “led people into the Presence of the Lord” through praise and worship, recording six albums, making several television appearances, and traveling around the world speaking and singing for many years prior to joining BMC Advertising in 1989.

Brad Dacus served as Legislative Assistant to U.S. Senator Phil Gramm, and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas, School of Law. Brad coordinated religious freedom and parental rights cases throughout the Western States for five years prior to founding Pacific Justice Institute in 1997. PJI handles more case matters—always free of charge—defending faith and family coast to coast more than any other legal organization of its kind with hundreds of volunteer attorneys.

Mr. Dacus continues to speak regularly at churches, conferences, graduations and conventions throughout the United States and was presented an honorary Doctorate of Religious Freedom and Family Rights degree from California Baptist University in recognition of his commitment to faith and justice and his pro bono legal work protecting parental rights and religious freedom through the Pacific Justice Institute.

Leray Heyne is a former award-winning CEO. In Leray's eighteen years as CEO of Enjoy Foods International (a gourmet snack food manufacturer with 250 employees), he was honored twice by Ernst Young, Inc. Magazine and Merrill Lynch as an elite CEO/entrepreneur.

Peter Neumann leads musical worship and teaches clinics for conferences and churches around North America, Europe, and South America. He's led worship with Lincoln Brewster and Jason Ingram, released 7 CD's & a live worship DVD, and toured with Tommy Walker. He recently launched Worship Expedition, a training ministry for worship leaders and teams. He also leads worship at his home church Creekside Christian Church in Elk Grove, CA. He’s married to Katie and they have two young boys Ryan and Andrew.
